When does it ship?
Pre-order frames ship to the U.S. by air once manufacturer samples pass our quality checks. We’ll email you a clear ship window before your frame leaves, and you’ll hear from us first if the timeline moves.
What’s in the box?
The 15.6″ Quoteplume Kids frame in white, ready to hang, with the kids library of soft art and affirmations already loaded.
Does it need Wi‑Fi?
No. Once it’s set up it works offline. Wi‑Fi is only used for updates.
Do I have to add my child’s name?
Never. Empty, it says “You are kind.” With a name, it says “Leo is kind.” The name stays on the device.
How big is it?
The screen is 15.6″ measured diagonally, set in a landscape frame sized for a bedroom or playroom wall.
Can I return it?
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
Is it for bedrooms only?
Not at all. It looks at home in a nursery, playroom, hallway or kitchen — anywhere a kind word helps.
Is there a Quoteplume for grown-ups?
Adult Quoteplume is its own product. We’ll link it here when it’s available.
